Municipal Court

Sessions for the Municipal Court are usually held on the first and third Friday's of each month. Please refer to the 2012 calendar to the left.  Beginning at 9am on the first Friday and 11am on the third Friday, plea and arraignments are held.  At that time the defendant is asked to enter a plea to the charges.  If the defendant enters a not guilty plea at the arraignment, they are then assigned a trial date, which is held on the third Friday of the month beginning at 9am.  All court sessions are held in the Council Chamber located at 418 Osborne St., St. Marys, GA.
